SAFETY FIRST

For this to happen we have had to implement a few changes to ensure the safety of our guests and our team. With that in mind please bear in mind the following:

Opening hours are reduced. Our current temporary opening hours will be as follows: Monday-Sunday: 10:00-18:00 Airburn sessions would be moved to 5pm on Thursdays. SEN sessions would be moved to 5pm on Sundays.

Session times have been reduced to allow for the sanitisation of the premises in between sessions.

PLEASE WEAR YOUR MASK FOR THE SAFETY BRIEFING, we recommend not wearing a mask during your activities.

We have reduced our capacity to ensure participants can observe social distancing during their session.

Spectators will not be allowed into the Activity zones. We have also reduced the capacity in the cafe.

Bookings MUST be made online and a risk acknowledgement form filled in online.

Participants MUST sanitise their hands before entering the activity zones. We have sanitizer dispensers located throughout the building.

Safety

FOLLOW THE RULES AND HAVE FUN

Whilst it’s fun to bounce around and challenge yourself on trampolines and other area’s of our park; there is always an element of risk. By paying attention to the park rules and safety notices, the advice of our trained Air Marshal’s in the arena, you will reduce the risk of injury and do more of what you came for – Have lots of fun!

All participants MUST fill in a waiver form and watch the safety briefing before getting some air time. If a participant is under the age of 18, the waiver form must be filled out by a responsible adult. An adult can sign for up to six children. Participants must wear Airborne non slip socks. They are especially designed for trampoline use and can prevent you from slipping. Socks cost £1.50 and can be reused on your next visit to Airborne.

AIRBORNE RULES HAVE BEEN CONSTRUCTED TO ENSURE YOU AND YOUR GROUP HAVE THE BEST TIME POSSIBLE AND REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY TO YOU AND THOSE AROUND YOU.

If you can't find the answer you require below, please contact us.

As long as it's comfortable it should be fine. Generally we find that most exercise gear is perfect for trampolining. Non slip socks are compulsory, and are sold at our reception. These will help maximise grip, and minimise embarrassing slip ups.
Of course! You can chill on the mezzanine floor where we serve a wide range of refreshments while you watch in wonder. Careful though, it might give you the urge to have a go!.
We recommend arriving at least 20 minutes in advance of your session to give yourself plenty of time to get ready - check in, complete the waiver form, get changed and get psyched.
At Airborne safety is our number one priority, very closely followed by maximising fun. All our equipment is manufactured to the highest specifications and our Marshals are trained to ensure participants are as safe as possible.
We highly recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. However, we can book you in for available sessions over the counter when you arrive but please be warned that you may have to wait for an available slot.
